Become a QuaverEd Ambassador

QuaverEd Ambassadors are inspiring educators who love using QuaverEd’s curricula. These educators are knowledgeable and passionate about using QuaverMusic, QuaverHealth•PE, QuaverReady, and/or Quaver Pre-K to help bring student learning to life. As a voice of QuaverEd customers and QuaverEd instructional champions, QuaverEd Ambassadors work with our staff to help us learn, grow, and empower all educators together.

QuaverEd Ambassador Application Process

  • Round 1: Submit Your Online Application. All online ambassador applications must be submitted by 12:00 am CST on May 15th to be considered as an ambassador. 
  • Round 2: Show Off Your QuaverEd Knowledge and Skills: Selected applicants will be emailed a form to share video footage and/or written lesson plans of how they have been using their QuaverEd curricula in class. These will be for internal use only! Our team will also take a peek at how often you log in and use QuaverEd to make sure you’re a pro. The deadline for submission of this form is June 15th. 
  • Round 3: Panel Virtual Interviews! Selected applicants will be invited to a brief 10-minute virtual Panel interview with our team between June 15th- July 15th.
  • Ambassador Selection Complete! Selected applicants will receive a Welcome to the Ambassador Team email by August 1st. These applicants will be expected to sign a digital ambassador agreement form prior to admittance to our team. Once a member of our team, ambassadors will have the chance to show off the swag we send you and get ready to empower other QuaverEd educators alongside our team!

Your Role as an Ambassador 

  • Represent QuaverEd positively and professionally with your peers both virtually and in person.
  • Use your QuaverEd curriculum weekly at minimum with your students.
  • Consent to your testimonial and headshot being featured on our website.
  • Engage with QuaverEd’s social media by 1) following @QuaverEd on all platforms, 2) engaging with QuaverEd’s social media posts, and 3) answering teacher questions and posting ideas in our Facebook Group(s).
  • Complete ambassador surveys and test out new content to share feedback and insights with the QuaverEd Team.
  • Submit pictures and lesson demos of you using your QuaverEd curriculum in your classroom. If selected, have these featured across our social media and/or PLC site!
  • Attend 3 of 6 30-minute Ambassador meetings a year. Attendance once per semester is required.
  • Attend a minimum of 1:2 30-minute focus group meetings a year where your insight and perspective can help guide QuaverEd initiatives.
